About me
My name is Diana Lysenko. I recently graduated from Harvard with a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
In grad school, I had the privilege of researching several important topics: Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Product Development, Workplace Nudging, Organizational Development, and (irrelevant to my degree but very important to my Ukrainian-American identity) the Ukrainian IDP movement. I am the Founder and former President of the Harvard Ukrainian Student Association, a student organization committed to fundraising for Ukraine relief in response to the ongoing war.
Why I started Diana's Lab
I currently work in management consulting. Prior to this, I worked in research and linguistics. My interest include fundraising, entrepreneurship and social impact.
There is something magical about converting your thoughts and ideas into writing. Building out those thoughts using scientific evidence and rigorous analysis doesn’t diminish the magic; it makes it even more valuable—especially to those around you. Writing enables us to connect with others without directly speaking to them. This indirectness is powerful because it transcends physical boundaries, allowing you to reach people anywhere in the world.
Because I love writing and analyzing the world around me - and with encouragement from my professors in grad school and college, who urged me to share my work - I decided to create Diana's Lab - a space where I investigate real-world business issues.
I was also fortunate to discover the HBS Rugby team. My grad school experience would not have been complete without my incredible team.
